We’re seeking enthusiastic Inbound Call Centre Agents to join a fast-paced contact centre in Fannie Bay.

What’s on offer:

• $34.96 per hour + super
• Immediate start
• Onsite parking
• Rotating roster: Tuesday–Saturday, 8am–9pm
• No Sundays or Mondays

About the role:
You’ll handle high-volume inbound calls, assisting customers with placing bets on sports and racing. This includes providing accurate information, supporting new customers, and delivering excellent service in a fast-moving environment. You’ll also promote responsible gambling and ensure all regulatory and company policies are followed.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• High attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Solid computer skills
• Resilient, positive attitude
• Interest in sport and/or racing

• Full training and ongoing support provided
• Must be available for rotating shifts, including peak periods (especially Saturdays and Melbourne Cup Day)
