Recruitco alongside our long standing client based in Lonsdale are seeking professional Stores / Logistics Co-ordinator. Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Stores & Logistics Coordinator to take ownership of our warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, purchasing support, and logistics. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with production, procurement and finance to ensure materials are available when needed, inventory is accurate, and our warehouse operates safely and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

Own inventory accuracy, maintaining a target of 98%+

Manage stocktakes, investigate variances and implement improvements

Process inventory transactions and master data in SAP S/4HANA

Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, truck bookings and dispatch schedules

Ensure Just-in-Time (JIT) material availability to support production

Support purchasing activities, supplier negotiations and cost-saving initiatives

Minimise excess, obsolete and slow-moving stock

Lead and support the warehouse team while driving continuous improvement

Champion safe work practices and maintain compliance with WHS and company procedures

What you'll bring

Essential: Proven experience using SAP S/4HANA in inventory and warehouse operations

Procurement experience highly desirable

High risk LF forklift licence with previous experience Highly Desirable

Experience in stores, warehouse, logistics or supply chain environments

Strong inventory control and stock management skills

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities

Confidence working with suppliers and managing competing priorities

A proactive, accountable approach with a focus on continuous improvement

Diploma in Supply Chain Operations (desirable)
