Chief Instructor
Role Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Chief Instructor to lead, oversee, and ensure the excellence of our suite of first aid training programs. The ideal candidate is an authoritative subject matter expert with a proven track record in instructional leadership and a deep commitment to upholding the highest standards of training delivery and assessment.
Instructional Leadership & Quality Assurance: Serve as the lead authority for all course content, instructional methodologies, and skill evaluations for the following programs:
Standard First Aid Course
BCLS Instructor Course
BCLS + AED
Child First Aid
CPR + AED
Curriculum Compliance: Ensure all training programs strictly adhere to the latest guidelines and accreditation standards set by relevant authorities (e.g., SRFAC).
Administrative Oversight: Manage course content, instructor assessments, and the maintenance of training records and equipment.
Strategic Program Development: Bring new expertise to continuously evaluate and increase the current suite of training. Spearhead the initiative to research, design, and launch new, accredited courses that address market gaps and future industry needs.
Requirements:
Certified Chief Instructor: Possess a full and current Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) and Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
Paramedic experience is valued. Must hold valid and recognized certifications as an Instructor for the following:
Standard First Aid Course (Chief Instructor)
BCLS Instructor Course
BCLS + AED (Chief Instructor)
Child First Aid (Chief Instructor)
CPR + AED (Chief Instructor)
Gross Salary: Up to $3,800

Emergencies First Aid & Rescue (EFAR) is an established provider with 20+ years of experience in providing First Aid Training Courses and Ambulance Services in Singapore. EFAR was built on the mission of enhancing medical knowledge and lifesaving skills among first responders and the public.
Starting as a First Aid Training Provider, EFAR expanded into Ambulance Services in 2008 to offer real-world training experiences.
