Demand Generation Specialist at The Interclean Group: Responsible for planning, launching, and optimising digital campaigns and workflows that generate qualified leads and sales meetings for our Fully Managed Digital Cleaning systems. This role is highly hands‑on across email, LinkedIn, landing pages, and CRM, with clear accountability for meetings booked, pipeline sourced, and conversion rates.
Own campaign execution end‑to‑end: build, launch, measure, and iterate digital campaigns for lead generation.
Manage the lead‑gen tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, LinkedIn, email tools) and keep data clean and trackable.
Produce campaign assets: emails, ad copy, simple visuals, landing page copy, and follow‑up sequences aligned with your science‑based cleaning positioning.
Report weekly on meetings booked, leads generated, pipeline sourced, and conversion rates by stage, so you can see your direct impact on revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy: Define target segments, offers, and campaigns that will fill the pipeline for your priority services.
Campaign execution: Run and optimise digital campaigns (search, social, email, webinars, content downloads) specifically for lead capture.
Conversion optimisation: Own landing pages, forms, and website journeys to improve conversion rates at each stage.
Lead management: Own lead scoring, qualification rules, and progression through the funnel in your CRM.
Analytics and reporting: Report on pipeline contribution, cost per lead, cost per opportunity, and revenue influenced, not just brand metrics.
