Leonard Homes is seeking a motivated and creative Content Creator & Videographer to assist with filming, editing, and managing social media content across our growing residential construction business.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys creating engaging video content, understands social media trends, and is confident working across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

The successful applicant will work closely with the Leonard Homes team capturing construction progress, completed homes, client walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes business operations, and promotional marketing content.

Key Responsibilities

Film residential construction projects and completed homes

Create and edit short-form social media content

Produce YouTube videos and YouTube Shorts

Manage and upload content across social media platforms

Assist with growing Leonard Homes’ online presence and engagement

Capture professional photos of homes and projects

Organise and maintain media files and project content

Attend active construction sites across South East Queensland

Assist with branding and marketing initiatives

Skills & Experience

Experience in videography and content creation

Experience editing videos using software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut or Final Cut

Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Strong communication and organisational skills

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Driver’s licence required

Drone licence and photography experience highly regarded
