The Financial Lines team manages a significant portfolio of business and works collaboratively with brokers, insurers, solicitors and clients to navigate complex claims from notification through to resolution.

What will you be doing?

• Manage an end-to-end portfolio of Financial Lines claims across Professional Indemnity, Management Liability, Cyber and other Claims Made classes
• Liaise with clients, brokers, insurers, panel solicitors and other key stakeholders throughout the claims process
• Review indemnity decisions and provide technical claims guidance
• Monitor claim progress and provide proactive updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve claims processes and operational efficiency
• Build and maintain strong relationships while delivering outstanding client service

What do you need?

• Previous Financial Lines or Claims Made insurance experience is essential
• Alternatively, a legal background with insurance litigation or Financial Lines exposure
• Strong technical understanding of Professional Indemnity, Management Liability and/or Cyber claims
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex indemnity matters
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
