The role

Working alongside experienced Partners, you'll advise on matters including:

• Financial Services Regulation
• Funds Management
• Managed Investment Schemes
• Fund Constitutions and Trust Deeds
• Disclosure Documents
• Investment Management Agreements
• Financial Services Guides
• AML/CTF compliance
• Digital Assets and Payments Regulation
• Corporate Advisory
• Acquisition and disposal of financial services businesses

You'll work closely with sophisticated clients, providing commercially focused advice in an evolving regulatory environment.

About you

You'll ideally have:

• Approximately 4+ years' post-admission experience
• Strong Financial Services Regulatory experience
• Exposure to broader Corporate Advisory work
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills
• Strong commercial judgement and client relationship skills
• A collaborative approach and desire to continue building specialist expertise
