About the role

Operating from our Coolangatta office, you'll take full ownership of a residential conveyancing portfolio from end to end, supported by FINS HOUSE systems and an experienced team.

Key responsibilities include:

managing the full conveyancing lifecycle from opening to settlement

conducting client and property due diligence including title searches

drafting and preparing sales contracts

reviewing contracts and advising clients on key risks

handling post-exchange requirements including stamp duty

coordinating settlements and liaising with banks

using our technology stack including PEXA and DocuSign

maintaining excellent file management and records.

What you’ll bring

Full Australian working rights essential

Coolangatta or Tweed residency or nearby highly preferred

Min. 3-5 years NSW or Qld residential conveyancing experience

Admission as a Solicitor/Conveyancing qualification

Strong attention to detail & excellent communication skills

Tech-savvy team player with confidence advising clients

Previous client-facing experience highly regarded.
