Work part time hours to suit your lifestyle, 3 or 4 days a week, or 5 shorter days.

Reporting to the HR Partner and the Practice Manager the role covers:

Providing HR support for staff

Maintaining and implementing HR software

Onboarding and off boarding staff

Assisting with staff recruitment including job ads, application screening, interviewing and reference checks

Supporting HR projects

Organising staff functions and regular newsletters

Overseeing payroll

Requirements for the role include:

Minimum 3 years experience in an HR / People and Culture role , preferably with a professional company (accounting, law, banking etc)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
