About us
Home Technology Club designs and supplies affordable transportable homes, site offices and amenity blocks. Our busy display at Mulgrave attracts a steady flow of qualified enquiries from people who have already expressed interest and requested information.

The role
You will respond to inbound enquiries (phone, email and text), welcome visitors to our display, provide clear information on products and options, and guide interested buyers through from design to deposit/contract. You'll prepare quotes, send brochures/specs, follow up diligently and keep accurate CRM notes. From time to time you'll provide light after-sales support, coordinating with our operations team for any technical matters.

Key responsibilities

Respond promptly to inbound leads and information requests

Host walk-in visitors at the Mulgrave display and conduct guided tours

Explain features, options and suitability; complete basic needs assessments

Prepare quotes and proposals; follow up to convert interest into sales

Maintain organised records in the CRM and manage a clean pipeline

Liaise with operations team on delivery timeframes and customer updates

Provide occasional after-sales support where required

About you

Experience in consultative sales (showroom, property or building products an advantage)

Minimum 1-2 years of consultative sales experience is required

Physically fit and happy to spend time walking the display yard

Professional phone manner and strong written communication

Confident face-to-face with visitors; reliable and well presented

Proactive with follow-ups; organised and detail-oriented

Australian work rights; current driver's licence helpful

Salary
From $35/hr plus superannuation. Saturday hours are paid at applicable overtime/penalty rates.
