About Us

We are a growing financial services and brokerage firm based in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, providing foreign exchange and related financial services to business clients.

We are looking for a full time FX Dealer / Junior FX Dealer to join our team. This role is suitable for someone with an accounting or finance background who is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, interested in building a career in financial markets.

About the Role

This is a part-time, entry-level role with training provided. You will support the dealing and operations team in FX activities, client communication, market updates and administrative tasks.

A probation period will apply, during which the successful candidate will work 3 days per week, 4 hours per day. Training will be provided.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with FX dealing support and trade-related administration

Monitoring FX market movements and preparing basic market updates

Supporting client enquiries in English and Mandarin Chinese

Preparing client documentation and maintaining accurate records

Assisting with KYC, onboarding and compliance-related processes

Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth trade processing

Supporting basic reporting, reconciliation and data entry tasks

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Background or studies in accounting, finance or a related field

Strong interest in FX, financial markets and client service

Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese communication skills

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Confident Excel and computer skills

Professional attitude and willingness to learn

Previous experience in banking, brokerage, accounting, finance, customer service or foreign exchange is preferred but not essential.
