You can handle the pressure of been the only person on front-desk managing clients and all admin duties. About the Role: The role is permanent part-time. You will be working independently on the front desk for your shifts. You’ll be provided with training and support. In return for your great performance you will enjoy above award remuneration, access to professional development and career pathway opportunities to advance into a higher leadership and management roles. Our roster includes shifts between the hours of 8am to 8pm Mon – Thurs, 9am-7pm Fri, and 8am to 2pm Sat. Flexibility is provided. The role is permanent part-time and offers up to 15 hours per week. This role will keep you busy and productive and will feel very rewarding and satisfying for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome patients in-person and over the phone, building instant rapport and trust

Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and reminders across our booking system

Handle billing, private health claims, Medicare, and NDIS-related administration with accuracy

Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with privacy standards

Coordinate with the clinical team to optimise daily schedules and manage patient flow

Answer enquiries about our services, Pilates classes, and pricing with confidence and enthusiasm

Support clinic operations including opening/closing procedures, stock ordering, and light housekeeping

Contribute to a positive team culture and participate in regular team meetings
