The site includes 42 enclosed sheds across seven farms and approximately 1.7 million birds. It is transitioning into one coordinated operation, supported by specialist maintenance, centralised administration and real-time performance data.

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will lead three Operations Officers and ten Poultry Technicians, allocating people and resources across the complex each day.

What We’re Looking For:

You may already manage a large farm or several livestock sites, or you could be an accomplished large Farm Manager ready to take the next step.
Poultry experience will be highly regarded, but it is not essential. Strong leadership experience within livestock or intensive agricultural production could be equally valuable.

You will bring:

• Experience managing poultry, livestock or agricultural operations
• Proven leadership of operational employees or farm teams
• Strong planning, organisation and resource allocation skills
• A process-driven approach with excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of animal welfare, safety and compliance requirements
• Confidence using operational reports and performance data
• The ability to recognise issues and act before performance declines
• A calm, practical and decisive leadership style
• Good computer literacy across Microsoft Office and farm systems
• A current driver’s licence
• Genuine suitability for onsite regional living
