About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, motivated, and hands-on Production Assistant to join our production team on night shift. You'll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly, supporting both production and warehouse activities so customers get the standard of service Tefco is known for.

You'll start on night shift working alongside experienced team members, and once you're through probation you'll move onto a rotating roster that shares day and night shifts across the team. This role offers a genuine pathway into future opportunities as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Assist production staff and Extrusion Operators with day-to-day manufacturing activities

Pick, pack, and prepare stock for dispatch

Load and unload trucks and containers

Check, store, and replenish stock accurately

Maintain a clean and safe production floor, warehouse, and yard

Operate forklifts and lifting equipment safely in line with WHS procedures

Report faults, hazards, or safety concerns promptly

About You

While prior experience in a similar role is preferred, we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow. Comprehensive training and ongoing development will be provided.

A can-do, positive attitude with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working night shift, with flexibility to move onto a rotating day and night roster after probation

Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Ability to work safely, efficiently, and adapt under pressure

Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently

Current Driver's Licence and Forklift Licence (required)

WHS experience advantageous but not essential
