Workforce International are seeking an experienced Concrete Patcher for works in the Redhead area. As a Concrete Patcher, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing concrete surfaces of precast structures to a high standard, ensuring a quality finish is achieved.

Industry experience within precast concrete is desired however this role may also suit someone with concrete rendering/remediation experience in other areas such as residential/commercial.

About the role:

$39.11 - $40.97/hour + OT + Super

Immediate start for the right person

5 days per week with regular overtime opportunities

View to permanent for the right person

What you'll be doing:

Repairing cracks, holes, and other damage in precast concrete surfaces

Preparing concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, or cutting as needed

Finishing repaired areas to match the surrounding concrete

Maintaining tools and equipment used for concrete repair work

Following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

A successful candidate will have:

Demonstrated hand trowelling abilities

Demonstrated experience in concrete patching and repair work/remediation/rendering or similar

Ability to satisfy pre-employment medical including D&A screening

OHS White Card

Reliable transport

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

Willingness to work as part of a team and follow instructions
