RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure projects are delivered within budget, allocated time frame and to the quality agreed as per the scope
• Creating programs and managing all relevant stakeholders
• Managing financials of the project, variations and cost reports
• Communicate with client and senior management consistently
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously between office and relevant site location

EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of Project Manager experience for a Fitout/Refurbishment head contractor
• Previous experience delivering projects up to $30M
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A go get attitude with a hardworking mentality
• Unlimited Australian working rights
