Programmed Skilled Workforce is seeking reliable and motivated Production Operators to join our client’s 24-hour food manufacturing operation on an ongoing basis.
The Role
This is an ongoing opportunity offering stable hours, consistent work and opportunities for career development.
You will work on a weekly rotating roster:
Week 1: 7:50 AM – 4:00 PM | Day Shift
Week 2: 3:50 PM – 12:00 AM | Afternoon Shift
Week 3: 11:50 PM – 8:00 AM | Night Shift
Key Responsibilities
Operate food processing and packaging machinery
Monitor production processes and product quality
Complete quality checks and production documentation
Identify and troubleshoot basic equipment issues
Maintain cleanliness of machinery and work areas
Follow food safety, quality and workplace health and safety procedures
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily production targets
About You
We are looking for candidates who have:
Availability to work a rotating day, afternoon and night roster
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
A willingness to learn and follow processes and procedures
Previous manufacturing or food production experience is desirable, but full training will be provided
