Operating out of a busy, high-throughput Perth facility, our client is renowned for exceptional workplace safety standards, modern operational equipment, and a supportive team culture.

We are currently seeking experienced Factory/Yard Loaders and HR Drivers to join their growing operations team.

Factory / Yard Loaders :

• Pay Rate: $40.61 per hour + Overtime & Penalties

• Pay Rate: $46.70 per hour (Base $40.61/hr + 15% Shift Allowance) + Overtime & Penalties

• Day Shift: 06:00 – 14:00 (Monday to Friday)
  
• Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 22:00 (Monday to Friday)
  

2. HR Delivery Drivers

• Pay Rate: $43.95 per hour + Overtime & Penalties

• Day Shift: 06:00 – 14:00 (Monday to Friday)
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating forklifts and overhead gantry cranes to load/unload heavy transport vehicles safely.
• Performing accurate product verification, quality checks, and paperwork checks against customer manifests.
• Handling, strapping, and maneuvering non-standard, long, or bulky items ("ugly freight").
• Active manual handling and lifting of steel and building products throughout the shift.

• Performing multi-drop local deliveries across the Perth metropolitan area.
• Operating Heavy Rigid vehicles safely, performing pre-start checks, and ensuring proper load restraint.
• Operating forklifts on client delivery sites when required.
• Providing professional customer service at all delivery drop-offs.

What We Are Looking For:

• Valid Forklift (LF) Licence with solid experience.
• Proven experience handling "ugly freight", long steel, or heavy building products.
• High level of physical fitness and comfortable with active manual handling/lifting.
• Sharp eye for detail to perform quality and stock verification checks.

• Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) Driver's Licence (Manual / Synchro experience preferred).
• Valid Forklift (LF) Licence.
• Demonstrated metro multi-drop driving experience and knowledge of local load restraint guidelines.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety protocols.
