About the role:

Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of a high-volume workplace events calendar.

Organize a variety of employee engagement, internal, external-facing, and corporate events.

Manage events from initial concept and intake through execution, closeout, and post-event follow-up.

Develop event timelines, action plans, budgets, schedules, and operational requirements.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and building management to deliver seamless events.

Manage event logistics including catering, room setup, signage, equipment, supplies, and staffing.

Coordinate vendors and external partners, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and service standards are met.

Ensure event spaces, meeting rooms, hospitality zones, and common areas are fully prepared and event-ready.

Manage day-of-event operations, including onsite coordination, issue resolution, and last-minute requirements.

Track event requests, attendance, schedules, vendor commitments, and recurring event activities.

Support employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, networking events, happy hours, and special occasions.

Gather feedback from employees and guests to evaluate event effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Maintain a high standard of hospitality and workplace experience, ensuring events are creative, inclusive, well-organized, and aligned with client expectations.

About you:

Comfortable corresponding with executive-level clients and interacting with individuals at all levels.

Showcase exceptional emotional intelligence, empathy, and interpersonal awareness.

Detail-oriented, confident self-starter with exceptional organizational skills.

Maintain a “can do” mentality with the ability to act with minimal information and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrate integrity, accountability, self-awareness, strong work ethic, and sound business acumen.

Project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm, solutions-oriented approach.

Ability to successfully use Slack as a primary communication tool, along with Google Workspace and other workplace technology platforms.

Comfortable using ticket management systems such as Jira and able to quickly learn new systems, tools, and applications.

Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and effectively manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
