We’re looking for an experienced Video Editor to join our small team, with a primary focus on colour grading and sound design, alongside editing for studio-based content.

You’ll be working across real estate, social media, and podcast productions, taking projects from raw footage through to final delivery.

This role is best suited to someone with strong technical post-production skills who can maintain a consistent, high-quality finish across both visual and audio elements.

Responsibilities

Colour grading (primary focus)

Sound design and audio mixing (primary focus)

Editing studio-based video and audio content (podcasts, interviews, etc.)

Supporting real estate and social media content editing

Delivering projects on time while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

Proficiency in Final Cut Pro and Adobe Creative Suite

Strong portfolio demonstrating colour grading and sound design work

Highly organised, reliable, and self-motivated

Ability to manage deadlines and work independently

Previous experience in real estate, podcast, or professional video production preferred

Working Structure

Full-time, office-based in Plympton
