Insurance Broker – Client Care Team

Sparrow Insurance is a specialist insurance brokerage with a national reputation for outstanding client care and expertise within the cosmetic and beauty industry. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Insurance Broker to join our Client Care team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping clients, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, professional service. You'll work closely with clients, insurers and our internal team to ensure insurance matters are handled efficiently and to a high standard.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting clients with insurance enquiries and policy servicing

Preparing and presenting insurance quotes

Processing new business, renewals and endorsements

Liaising with insurers and underwriting partners

Providing technical insurance guidance and support to team members who are not Tier 1 qualified

Acting as a key point of contact for internal staff requiring assistance with insurance-related enquiries

Identifying client needs and assisting with appropriate insurance solutions

Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Ensuring compliance requirements are met at all times

Delivering exceptional client service across all interactions

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (essential)

Previous insurance industry experience

Strong technical insurance knowledge and the confidence to provide guidance to colleagues

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in writing

The ability to retain and apply important information

Confidence speaking with clients and building rapport

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

A positive, team-focused attitude and commitment to excellent client care
