We are looking for a dedicated, experienced, and responsible School Principal to lead our school and oversee its overall operations, academic management, staff development, and continuous growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management and daily operations of the school
• Develop and implement the school’s educational vision, policies, and development plans
• Ensure high standards of teaching and learning
• Lead, manage, and motivate teaching and administrative staff
• Oversee curriculum planning, class schedules, and academic progress
• Establish and maintain effective school management systems and procedures
• Manage teacher recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and staff development
• Maintain positive communication and relationships with parents
• Handle students’ and parents’ concerns professionally and effectively
• Ensure a safe, positive, and conducive learning environment
• Ensure compliance with relevant Singapore education regulations and requirements
• Represent the school professionally and contribute to its reputation and growth
• Work closely with the management team on strategic planning and school development
• Handle other duties and responsibilities related to school management as required

🔹 Requirements

• Relevant experience in education, school management, or a related field
• Previous experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, Academic Director, School Director, or similar leadership role is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of school administration and academic management
• Strong team management and problem-solving abilities
• Responsible, professional, and committed to high standards of work
• Passionate about education and dedicated to students’ development and well-being
• Able to work independently and make sound management decisions
• Experience with the Singapore education system or prior experience in Singapore’s education sector will be an advantage
