Your opportunity:
- The Senior Social Worker – Community Child and Family Health (Fraser Coast), working within the Early Intervention Parenting Service, provides high level clinical social work services to children aged 0–8 years, their parents, and families as part of a multidisciplinary child and family health team. The role delivers evidence-based early intervention and parenting support through a range of innovative service delivery models, including individual consultations, group programs, telehealth, and outreach services across the Wide Bay region.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $78,680 p.a., comprising salary rates $64.64 - $69.56 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Permanent Part Time, 38 hours p.f.). About Wide Bay Hospital & Health Service

Private patients are asked to complete a National Private Patient Hospital Claim Form. This will be provided to your health fund detailing your treatment and your consent to utilise your private health insurance.
To minimise any inconvenience to private patients, the majority of the Medical Specialists participate in efficient billing practices including 'no gap' arrangements with major health funds. This ensures that your medical bills are handled directly by your health fund, rather than patients having to liaise with medicare and their health fund to receive rebates.
