Our client is a highly regarded, privately-owned commercial agency with a strong reputation in Perth’s retail and commercial property market. Renowned for delivering exceptional service and managing an impressive portfolio of landmark projects, they have built a loyal and long-standing team of property professionals who are energetic, collaborative and committed to excellence.

They are now seeking an experienced Assistant Commercial Property Manager to support their team across a key retail/commercial portfolio for a single landlord and long-term key client. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a premium portfolio and play an integral role in delivering best practice property management services.

Your Role
As an Assistant Commercial Property Manager, you will provide high-level support to an experienced Senior Property Manager, while building your skills and progressing towards managing your own portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting relationship management with a major landlord, key client and their tenants
• Coordinating repairs & maintenance across the portfolio
• Assisting with lease renewals, negotiations, and compliance matters
• Supporting financial management, including budgets and monitoring arrears
• Assisting with tenancy schedules and market rent reviews
• Helping to deliver a high standard of client service in line with agency expectations

About You

• WA Property Management Registration or willingness to obtain
• 2–3 years’ experience in property management, ideally commercial
• Cirrus8 experience (desirable)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, motivated attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team
