Key responsibilities

Help customers find the perfect fit with comfort-focused footwear

Actively sell, upsell, and confidently work towards KPIs

Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer connections

Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented store

Replenish stock and support smooth daily store operations

Work as part of a motivated and supportive team

About you

Availability across the week (Weekend availability is essential)

Confident, customer-focused seller who enjoys targets

Strong communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude

Retail or footwear experience is an advantage, but not essential — full training provided
