Grange Group Recruitment is partnering with a well-established, locally owned gym to find two energetic, driven Club Managers across two locations in the greater Darwin area. About the Role
As Club Manager, you'll be the driving force behind your gym's success - leading from the front, building a strong team, and creating an experience members want to be part of every day. You'll be accountable for:

Driving membership growth and managing day-to-day club operations

Recruiting and developing gym staff and personal trainers

Maintaining high standards across cleanliness, equipment, and OH&S

Handling reporting, budgeting, and basic administration

About You

Energetic, goal-driven and people-focused, with a proven ability to hit targets

Confident building genuine relationships with members and staff

Experience in fitness, retail, or another customer-facing environment is highly regarded

Strong business acumen - tertiary qualifications in health, business or commerce will be well regarded

What You'll Need

Current First Aid Certificate & CPR (or higher) - required

A valid Police Check / Working with Children Check - required

Cert III in Fitness preferred - don't have it yet? We'll help you get qualified
