We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and provide support to the wider recruitment team.

This role is open to all experience levels. Prior recruitment and contact
centre experience is highly regarded.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Sourcing and engaging candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and our database
• Screening and shortlisting candidates
• Booking and supporting virtual interviews and assessment centres
• Providing a positive and professional candidate experience
• Keeping candidate records up to date and supporting the wider recruitment team

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates
• Organised, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with technology and systems
• Prior recruitment or contact centre experience is advantageous and desirable, but not required
• Available to start ASAP
