About your new role:

The Customer Service Officer provides support to customers and suppliers, helping them with enquiries and ensuring applications are completed correctly and in line with scheme requirements.
You will help keep processes running smoothly by providing clear information, processing requests, and delivering great customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
• Enter and manage customer information in CRM systems
• Help suppliers understand and meet scheme requirements
• Check and process container registration applications
• Build good working relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Keep information confidential and follow procedures
• Escalate more complex issues when needed
• Review customer feedback to help improve service
• Support reporting and daily service tasks
• Work with the team to deliver good customer service

About You

• Good customer service and communication skills
• Experience in customer service, admin, or similar roles
• Able to handle difficult situations calmly
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Good time management and ability to manage tasks
• Positive, flexible, and willing to learn
• Good team and people skills

* Parramatta — Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (2 WFH days)
