We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of enterprise application implementation, integration, and migration projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing project activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, engaging with stakeholders, mitigating risks, and driving successful project delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.

Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and distributed delivery teams.

Coordinate with business, technical, infrastructure, and vendor teams across multiple locations.

Track project progress, dependencies, action items, and key deliverables.

Proactively identify, manage, and track project risks and issues; escalate critical matters to the appropriate stakeholders and drive mitigation or resolution plans to ensure project timelines and deliverables are not impacted.

Support system implementation, integration, testing, deployment, and migration activities.

Facilitate project meetings, prepare status reports, maintain project documentation, and ensure adherence to project governance standards.

Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, and quality expectations.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience in Project Management or Project Coordination roles.

Experience delivering projects involving Java, Spring Boot, SQL, ETL, Data Migration, and Open-Source technologies.

Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

Experience working with cloud-based applications and enterprise deployments.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.

Preferred

Experience in managing or coordinating Data Migration projects will be a strong advantage.

Exposure to Collections Management Systems will be an added advantage.

PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Scrum, or equivalent certification is a plus.
