We're currently hiring for a dynamic and rewarding customer service and sales role, where you'll help everyday Australian businesses meet their communication needs. As a trusted partner of Telstra Business, you'll provide tailored solutions that support the smooth and successful operation of their businesses.

Start on a $55,290 base salary plus superannuation, with fortnightly commission payouts. Realistic first-year on-target earnings are $65,000+, and top performers earn closer to $80,000.

What You'll Do
Your day-to-day will include:
Answering inbound calls from small business owners, representing Telstra and promoting a wide range of its products and services.
Providing tailored advice that meets each customer’s needs.
Using empathetic and effective communication to deliver outstanding customer service.
Confidently handling and de-escalating customer concerns.
Adapting your schedule to be available when customers need us most.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
Excellent communication skills – listening, empathising, and engaging with ease.
Strong computer literacy and the ability to multitask.
Drive and motivation to push yourself and celebrate your wins.
Willingness to learn, grow, and implement feedback.
Resilience and a customer-first mindset.
Full availability Monday to Friday between 5 am and 6 pm.
