Mechanical (HVAC) Revit Modeller

Working with an established and highly regarded HVAC contractor delivering major mechanical projects across Australia, this is an opportunity to join a skilled design team working across major healthcare, data centre, commercial, education and infrastructure projects.
You’ll be joining a skilled team supported by experienced leadership, working on technically challenging projects where your understanding of buildability and constructability will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed HVAC Revit models and documentation for major projects.
• Develop models with a strong focus on buildability, coordination and constructability.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers and site teams to resolve design and modelling issues.
• Coordinate mechanical services with other MEP disciplines and identify clashes.
• Update and maintain models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring documentation reflects construction requirements.

Key Requirements

• HVAC contractor drafting/modelling experience is essential.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit MEP and mechanical services modelling.
• Demonstrated understanding of HVAC construction, installation and buildability.
• Experience working on commercial, healthcare, data centre or other complex projects.
• Familiarity with MEP Fabrication Duct is highly desirable, particularly compared with native Revit ductwork.
