Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Processing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing account applications, conducting customer due diligence (CDD), and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves handling onboarding procedures, KYC (Know Your Customer) checks, and maintaining accurate client records.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Due Diligence (CDD) & KYC: Perform CDD and KYC checks for onboarding clients, ensuring compliance with AML/CFT regulations.
Account Processing: Accurately create and maintain Individual & Corporate accounts within stipulated timelines.
Regulatory Compliance: Conduct Customer Account Review, Customer Knowledge Assessment, Client Vulnerability Assessment and Accredited Investor eligibility assessment
Settlement Instruction : Setup and maintain customer’s payment instruction
Email Support: Address customer inquiries related to account status, documentation, and onboarding.
Data Accuracy & Record Keeping: Ensure data integrity, proper record retention.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Support additional functions such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Prior experience in account processing, onboarding, or compliance within financial services is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in administrative tasks and computer systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Familiarity with MAS Notices and AML/CFT guidelines is a plus.
Knowledge and proficiency in basic coding, AI adoption, and/or RPA are preferred and advantageous.
