SustainHealth are seeking a passionate and warm Occupational Therapist to work a 12-week contract in coastal South Australia. Just an hour outside of Adelaide, enjoy the best surfing SA has to offer!

Enjoy working on a community caseload, predominantly supporting CHSP clients with home safety assessments, prescription of equipment and home modifications.

The Details & Benefits:

• 12 week locum
• Flexible hours up to full-time
• Senior OT on-site 4 days per week
• $80.81 - $90.14 per hour
• Access to accommodation, fleet cars and accommodation
• Up to 6 clinical hours per day, up to 2 visits per day

The Requirements:

• AHPRA registration & evidence of qualifications
• Full working rights
• WWCC valid for at least 6 months
• NDIS Workers Check
• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Checks
• Driving licence
