APS 4 Compliance Case Managers / Investigators

We are currently assisting a high-profile Federal Government agency to engage highly organised and motivated APS 4 Investigators / Compliance Case Managers (in debt recovery) to work from their Perth based office.

The successful candidates will have extensive previous experience and motivated in autonomously managing the following responsibilities on a daily basis:

- Lead and managed complex debt recovery activities

- Report to team leaders, ensuring compliance with legislation and Commonwealth policies

- Effectively manage relationships with stakeholders

- Apply compliance tools to complex cases

- Liaise with debtors, legal practitioners and other stakeholders

- Prepare concise advice to support compliance outcomes around recovery activities

To be a contender for these roles, you will have:

- A strong background in debt recovery and compliance, preferably in a Federal or State government setting

- The ability to work independently to deliver quality outcomes

- Ability to produce work requiring no revision prior to finalisation

- Outstanding judgement, expertise and knowledge in financial compliance, debt recovery, legislative interpretations and best practice principles.

Please also note that these roles require you to:

- Hold Australian Citizenship

- Have the ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance (sponsored by the Department)

- Meet the requirements of an ACIC suitability assessment (sponsored by the Department)

These interesting opportunities will commence later this month on 12-month labour hire contracts. They are based in high performing, friendly teams and will contribute to meaningful outcomes.
