We are currently searching for a Service Manager to lead the workshop at TeamMoto Caringbah.

• OTE of $75,000-$90,000 per year

The role:

• Work closely with the Dealer Principal to ensure the successful operation of the service department
• Manage all day to day operations in a busy workshop
• Ensure workshop is operating at optimum capacity and KPI's are achieved
• Liaise with the Parts Manager to ensure timelines are met
• Provide best possible customer service at all times whilst leading a team of technicians.

About you:

• Experienced Service Manager or Advisor in automotive or motorcycles.
• Exceptional customer service and people management skills.
• Technical knowledge and the ability to interpret.
• Reliable and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic able to motivate and support your team of mechanics.
• Passionate about motorcycles.
