About the Role

We are seeking a bright, "switched on," and genuinely compassionate Chiropractic Assistant / Receptionist to join our expanding team. This is a highly rewarding, fast-paced crossover position offering 20–25 hours per week across fixed shifts between Monday and Friday. It beautifully bridges front-desk hospitality, technical clinic flow, and creative social media marketing.

This role is ideal for a health conscious individual who is a genuine advocate for chiropractic care, values their own health, and loves connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities

Your dynamic schedule will encompass three primary areas of focus:

• Front Desk & Administration: Warmly greeting and checking in patients, directing patient flow

seamlessly, managing complex schedules, managing telephone enquiries, processing billing, and

maintaining meticulous digital records.

• Technical Clinical Support: Working directly alongside the Chiropractor during patient visits, keeping

treatment rooms spotless, sanitized, and well-stocked, and helping patients feel at ease.

• Social Media & Marketing: Taking creative ownership of our internal and external marketing content,

particularly driving brand engagement across our social channels to spread the message of health and

wellness.

Essential Requirements

• Enthusiastic personality with supreme interpersonal and communication skills.

• Exceptional multitasking abilities and strong attention to detail within a bustling practice environment.

• Highly professional visual presentation and a natural ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Superior organizational skills and a demonstrated capacity to learn new digital procedures quickly.

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or healthcare administration is essential.

• Comfort with technology (experience with PracticeHub or specific clinic management software is highly regarded but not mandatory).

Important Scheduling Note: Successful candidates must be fully available for some early morning starts (from 6.30am) and/or late evening finishes (approx. 6:30pm).
