About the Role:
We are seeking full time Field Operators and Tractor operators to join our teams working out of our Tullamarine depot. Reporting to the Crew Leader your day will consist of undertaking a variety of vegetation maintenance works, including slashing, brush cutting, mowing and herbicide application.
What we offer:
Competitive hourly rates with overtime available
Secure Full time, permanent positions $31.20- $40.16 p/h
Casual rates are available and can be discussed with suitable applicants
Monthly rostered days off (RDOs)
All tools, PPE and uniforms supplied

To be successful in one of these roles you will have:
Experience and skills in grounds maintenance and associated plant and equipment, including zero turn mowers, tractors, brushcutters;
A current manual driver's licence (MR advantageous);
A strong work ethic with outstanding time management skills;
Construction Safety White Card;
TMI Card (advantageous)
ACDC Chemical Accreditation (will be highly regarded)
Ability to pass any pre-employment physical, drug, and alcohol testing
Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in grounds maintenance or similar hands-on roles, be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, meet deadlines reliably, and have a solid understanding of health and safety practices.
