Contract
As a Senior /HR Executive (Healthcare / Contract), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Support business leaders on HR matters and employee lifecycle management
Support performance management, manpower planning, and annual budgeting.
Advise employees and HODs on HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
Manage HR administration including recruitment, onboarding, work passes, performance reviews, and offboarding.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace conflicts.
Maintain accurate employee records, benefits, and confidential information.
Support corporate orientation and general office administration.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
Assist with HR projects and other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
Degree in any discipline.
Prior working experience in HR will be preferred.
