Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities to support manpower requirements for assigned sites.

Develop and execute recruitment strategies through various channels including job portals, social media platforms, recruitment campaigns, and career events.

Create engaging recruitment materials such as job advertisements, posters, brochures, and digital marketing content to attract suitable candidates.

Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with potential candidates.

Prepare employment documentation and maintain accurate recruitment records.

Partner with Operations Managers to understand manpower needs and provide HR support on employment-related matters.

Provide guidance on HR policies, employment regulations, payroll-related queries, and general HR matters.

Maintain employee records and track staff-related requirements such as medical check-ups and training schedules.

Coordinate training programmes with external training providers and internal stakeholders.

Maintain training records and support compliance requirements.

Assist with employee relations matters, including performance discussions, disciplinary documentation, and employee feedback initiatives.

Perform other HR, administrative, and compliance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Candidates with HR-related qualifications will have an advantage.

Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR functions is preferred.

Candidates with experience in recruitment agencies or in-house recruitment environments are encouraged to apply.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and candidates effectively.

Resourceful, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Good understanding of recruitment practices and HR processes.
