About The Role
This is a permanent full-time position based in our Kawana clinic. The clinic operates Monday to Friday with flexible rostering, including shifts as early as 7:30am and finishes as late as 6:00pm.

This full-time permanent role offers the opportunity to work within a large, supportive multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Dietitians and Remedial Massage Therapists, supported by a strong administrative team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions
• Manage a varied caseload across private practice, NDIS, and Support at Home / Aged Care clients
• Develop personalised, evidence-based treatment plans
• Support paediatric patients (under 18 years) where required
• Participate in mentoring and ongoing professional development opportunities

Your total remuneration package will reflect your experience, capabilities, and the value you bring to the team. Packages start from $80,000 and scale up to $120,000+, plus performance-based bonuses so your earning potential grows with your results.

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
• Full/General AHPRA Registration
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in private practice/MSK physiotherapy preferred
• An interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and a willingness to develop your clinical skills across a variety of conditions
• Experience in Pilates and general conditioning, or a willingness to learn and develop your class management skills
• Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
• Professional indemnity insurance
• Willingness to undergo a Police Check
