Job Details
Working hours: 9AM to 6PM (Monday to Friday)
Working Address: 18 Tuas Ave 5 Singapore 639342
By own transportation.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Prepare and maintain production, delivery, and QC records.
Assist with quality control (QC) checks and ensure products meet company standards.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to support daily operations.
Update reports and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office applications.
Handle incoming enquiries and support internal communication.
Assist in inventory documentation and stock record updates.
Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience; experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work in Tuas.
