We are seeking a motivated individual with an interest in programme development, research, learning and curriculum design to support capability-building initiatives within the Public Sector.

Responsibilities

Develop learning solutions based on competency frameworks and training roadmaps.

Identify learning needs and support the design of curriculum and learning interventions.

Work with subject matter experts to shape course content, curriculum and learning outcomes.

Develop digital learning resources such as infographics, videos and articles.

Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes.

Conduct research and market intelligence on the latest learning and development trends.

Support consultancy projects involving design thinking and process improvement.

Manage stakeholder relationships, project progress, timelines and budget utilisation.

Support capability development for Public Sector finance and procurement communities.

Requirements

Fresh graduates with an interest in programme development, research, learning or curriculum development are welcome to apply.

Exposure to programme design, learning interventions, digital learning or learning needs analysis would be advantageous.

Strong planning, analytical and communication skills.

Proactive, meticulous and resourceful.

Comfortable engaging and working with stakeholders at different levels.
