Lead the crew by safely operating heavy vehicles, packing and loading customer belongings, and completing uplift & delivery services across residences while delivering excellent customer service.
Day to Day
Operate heavy vehicles safely and in line with compliance requirements
Lead and support removal crews on daily jobs
Coordinate loading, unloading and safe stowing of goods
Complete delivery paperwork
Provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the move
Maintain vehicle checks, equipment and safety standards
The Right Fit
Current MR licence
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Safety-focused with a solid understanding of compliance responsibilities
Reliable, organised and customer-focused
Comfortable with physical work and manual handling
Willingness to learn, develop and complete ongoing training
