About Reliable Plumbing Services

Reliable Plumbing Services (RPS) is the leading plumbing maintenance provider within Victoria's tertiary education sector. We deliver preventative, reactive, and facilities maintenance services across multiple university campuses, supporting critical infrastructure and essential services.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced CCTV Inspection and Jetting Operator to join our team, conducting stormwater and sewer inspections, mapping (Konect), auditing, and reporting (Wincan) across Monash University campuses.

Experience with Konect mapping and Wincan reporting software is preferred but training will be provided.

Your primary work locations will be Clayton, Caulfield, and Frankston, with your base location in Clayton.

About the Role

This is a diverse, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. You'll be responsible for inspecting and assessing underground drainage infrastructure, preparing detailed reports, and liaising with key stakeholders across campus facilities.

Unlike many industry roles, this position is primarily campus-based, offering consistent work locations with no domestic call-outs and minimal travel between sites.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct CCTV inspections and mapping of stormwater and sewer networks

Perform condition assessments, auditing, and defect identification

Prepare clear and accurate inspection reports

Operate CCTV camera and inspection equipment

Carry out high-pressure water jetting activities

Set up and manage safe work sites

Liaise professionally with client representatives and campus stakeholders

Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety procedures

Essential Requirements

Previous experience operating CCTV inspection and jetting equipment

Strong computer skills and report-writing ability

Current VBA Registration

Construction Industry White Card

Current Driver's Licence

Employee Working with Children Check

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
