About the role
We are seeking a full time Groundsman to join our team at BIG4 Deniliquin Holiday Park in Deniliquin, NSW (located just 3 ½ hours from Melbourne, 50 minutes North of Echuca).

As the Groundsman at BIG4 Deniliquin Holiday Park, you will be part of our team in maintaining the stunning grounds and facilities of this popular holiday destination. Reporting to the Park Operations Manager, this full-time position will see you responsible for the upkeep and presentation of the holiday park's gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces.

What you'll be doing

Mowing, edging, and maintaining the lawns and gardens to a high standard

Undertaking general gardening tasks such as pruning, weeding, and planting

Ensuring the park's outdoor facilities are clean and well-presented

Assisting with the set-up and pack-down of events and activities held within the park

Providing excellent customer service and responding to any guest queries or requests

Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures

What we're looking for

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

A valid driver's licence and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends (rotating rosters), school and public holidays

Experience operating commercial lawn mowers, edgers, and other grounds maintenance equipment

Must be eligible to obtain Working with Children Check and pass Police Check

Physical fitness to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions and lift up to 20kg
