The Opportunity

Due to continued growth across the Gold Coast, All Pest Solutions is looking for a Pest Control Technician to join our team.

Whether you're an experienced, licensed technician or someone looking to start a long-term career in the pest management industry, we provide the training, support and tools you need to succeed.

You'll enjoy a varied role working across residential and commercial customers while managing your own territory and building strong customer relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

Conducting pest inspections and treatments across residential and commercial sites

Identifying pest issues and recommending effective treatment solutions

Delivering exceptional customer service

Managing your daily service schedule

Maintaining accurate service reports and compliance documentation

Building long-term customer relationships

What We're Looking For

Pest Management Licence preferred

Trainee applicants encouraged to apply

Current Australian Driver's Licence

Strong communication and customer service skills

Reliable, organised and self-motivated

Ability to work independently
