Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI training content, including both core/beginner and advanced levels.

Deliver training in classroom or virtual settings, making complex AI tools accessible and relevant to learners.

Conduct assessments, practical exercises, and real-world simulations to reinforce learning.

Adapt training delivery according to learner profiles

Maintain learner engagement, encourage participation, and monitor progress.

Provide feedback to learners on projects, assignments, or AI tool usage.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and market needs.

Track and report on learner outcomes, attendance, and feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

Formal training/assessment certification (e.g. ACTA or equivalent) preferred.

Diploma / Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computing, Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.

Prior experience teaching (preferably 3 years) or training adult learners in AI / digital technology.

Strong command of English; other languages (e.g. conversational Chinese) are a plus depending on learner demographics. "We are seeking candidates proficient in Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients."

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to simplify technical concepts and tools, making them practical for learners of varied backgrounds.
