Are you a Trade Qualified Fitter looking for a stable permanent opportunity with a leading manufacturing business?

We are currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Fitter to join a busy manufacturing facility on the night shift in Western Sydney location.

The Opportunity

Working as part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for keeping production equipment and machinery running safely and efficiently, minimising downtime and supporting the production team throughout the night.

What's on offer:

Permanent full-time position

Night shift: 9:00pm – 5:00am

Overtime available, with earning potential of $50–$52 per hour +30% night shift loading ($65-67/hour)

About You

To be successful, you will have:

Trade qualification as a Fitter / Fitter & Turner

Strong mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approach

Your Responsibilities

Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical breakdowns

Minimise equipment downtime and support production continuity

Complete scheduled maintenance activities

Identify potential equipment issues and recommend improvements

Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams
