About the Role

• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, employee relations and people strategy
• Manage complex ER/IR matters, investigations, performance and disciplinary processes
• Coach and influence leaders to build people management capability
• Support organisational change, workforce projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide end-to-end HR advice across the employee lifecycle

About You

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar
• Strong Employee & Industrial Relations capability
• Sound knowledge of Fair Work, Awards and employment legislation
• Experienced managing complex performance, conduct and investigation matters
• Confident influencing and coaching leaders
• Healthcare, community services, aged care or multi-site experience highly regarded
