About the Role

We are seeking proactive and collaborative Sewing Machinists. Successful candidates will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality and durable fabric products.

Daily tasks include cutting, sewing, and assembling materials to meet exact specifications, quality checking for accuracy, and collaborating with the design team to fulfill custom requirements. The role will also involve maintaining equipment and following workplace safety guidelines to ensure consistent performance.​

Proficiency in industrial sewing machine operation and technical sewing techniques.​

Fabric handling and cutting skills, with an emphasis on precision and attention to detail.​

Ability to read technical patterns and follow detailed design instructions effectively.​

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for sewing equipment and processes.​

Team collaboration skills and effective communication with coworkers.​

Previous experience in manufacturing or custom fabric production is an advantage.​

Basic understanding of workplace safety and machine maintenance procedures.​

Commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and contributing to project success.​

Basic computer skills.
